WHALEs were sighted in Sierra Vista at the Back to School Fair. The WHALE (We Have A Little Emergency) Car Seat program is an identification and information package for child car safety seats. San Pedro Kiwanis and Fry Fire Department were on hand once again to promote this program and provide support to the community and surrounding areas. Brent Madden and Nick Rivera from Fry Fire Department and Ms. Mada (certified car seat technician) were on hand to perform the checks. And, thanks to our lovely ladies from Kiwanis that braved the heat to help out with the car seats and all the paperwork. ... See more
